Intel Corporation is providing an Intel® Atomâ„¢ processor-based mobile Internet device for us to use to post blog updates from the ride.

Experience Japan!  Your trip to Japan starts with Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO).  Visit at www.japantravelinfo.com for practical travel information and tips.  We did!

Almost all of the bike-related equipment that we used came from Bicycle World in Mt. Kisco, NY.  Eric Marcos and his staff supported this ride from the beginning, providing expert advice, equipment recommendations and encouragement.

To prepare for hauling 310+ lbs. of bikes and humans up and down Japan's mountainous countryside, Charles received a customized training plan from Dr. Irv Rubenstein, founder of STEPS Inc. personal fitness training center in Nashville, TN.
